SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We ship our prints Australia wide, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Original artworks are sent via trusted courier, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship our prints and canvas originals worldwide. Please contact us at hello@brianconnollyart.com with your order and location, and we will calculate shipping costs and delivery time manually. Generally larger works travel more safely un-stretched and tube posted. We can arrange for the artwork to be delivered to your local framer. 

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of International parcels.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

​Refunds are not offered for change of mind. If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please send through photos of the item to hello@brianconnollyart.com within 15 days to proceed with the return and refund process. 

Refunds (if applicable) – once we have received and approved your return request you will be notified via email with further instructions. 

Your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
