Whilst residing in Byron Bay, the artist became fascinated by the beautiful Egret bird and shared some very special moments with them.

Egrets are symbolic of purity, strength, balance, concentration and longevity. Because they tend to enjoy solitude, their spirit also represents freedom and independence which Brian can very much relate to. This piece depicts a multi faceted figure morphing with the Egret. The bird becomes an inner guide, offering the wisdom of curiosity and patience.
